Comparative Report into Remote Work and Wellness Across Europe

The "RemWork4SMEs" project is focused on improving the well-being and productivity of remote workers in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). As remote work continues to transform the modern workplace, it is essential to understand the various factors that influence remote work practices, the impact of these practices on employees, and the attitudes of businesses toward remote work. To gather comprehensive insights, we conducted focus groups that will explore key areas such as the choice of remote work, its advantages and disadvantages, its effects on well-being and work-life balance, the role of technology, and the future of remote workspaces. These discussions are published here to help shape effective training materials and support frameworks that align with the real needs and experiences of remote workers and their employers
